“Everything You Can Imagine Is Real“.
-Pablo Picasso

“My life’s purpose is to inspire the world through art. I am committed to being lit up, on fire, in love with life, people living the life of their dreams, and seeing the beauty of each and every moment”.

To me, art is a dance…a profound relationship of movement, colors, lines, textures, and shapes. I am completely intrigued by the exploration process painting is for me.  I love discovering what happens when you put one color next to the other, one shape next another…the movement, the stillness, the tension, the release.  The entire process lights me up.

I have always believed that everything affects everything. Every time I look at what’s going on at any moment in one of my paintings, it’s exactly what is going on in my life.  Painting is a meditation, an intuitive process. One brush stroke leads to the next.  One movement causes another.  One direction can open an entire world I didn’t know existed.

I am inspired by the work of Pablo Picasso.  I once saw his work in person and wondered what he could have possibly been thinking.  What perspective was he looking from? What was he thinking to paint images so intricate, yet so simplistic at the same time?

I also love Jackson Pollock’s work.  He was totally experimental and started a new movement in art history simply by accident.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my passion in life with you.
